I just found out that April is National Grilled Cheese Month and boy am I excited. As the world’s biggest cheese fan, a giant grilled cheese sandwich is one of my all time favorite indulgences. So, to tempt my palate and have some fun with this national celebration of cheese, the Captains House Inn is having a grilled cheese sandwich recipe contest. The winner’s sandwich will be featured on our summer poolside menu and the winner will be entitled to a complimentary lunch for two during his/her next stay. Email us your submissions (if possible, include a photo of your creation) and we’ll post the winner on April 12th which happens to be National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day.
